You will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our skilled roofing sales professionals, as well as presenting the findings to the client and closing the deal.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be confident in their sales abilities and have a hunger for success. We are looking for someone who can work from home, is available for flexible hours, and has previous lead generation experience.
Responsibilities:
● Self generate leads through cold calling, email/direct mail campaigns, social media and other marketing channels of your choice.
● Schedule appointments for our skilled roofing professionals.
● Manage leads and maintain an accurate and up-to-date lead database.
● Communicate with potential clients in a clear, professional and persuasive manner.
● Use their resourcefulness to constantly evaluate and improve lead generation strategies.
● Be knowledgeable on processes and procedures
● Close the sale using the inspection details from the roofing professional
Requirements:
● Previous experience in lead generation and sales.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet monthly goals
● Positive and self-motivated attitude.
● Familiarity with Houston area is a plus.
