About the Role
• Supervise and organize the door-to-door sales team, including leading daily sales meetings, creating sales strategies, and providing training and support to team members.
• Seek out storm-damaged territories through our technology for the team to canvas, identify the most effective sales approaches, and help team members achieve their sales goals.
• Manage and track sales goals, and set individual sales targets for sales representatives.
• Facilitate ongoing driving and producing sales through ongoing coaching, motivation, and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and work with team members to develop improvement plans.
• Ensure that the sales team is providing high-quality customer service by monitoring customer feedback and improving customer experiences.
• Develop new sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and build strong partnerships with clients.
• Create and maintain sales reports and analytics for the team, including market trends, sales performance, and tracking results against established benchmarks.
• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a door-to-door sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of sales representatives.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
