About the Role
As an outside sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads by knocking on doors in selected territories of storm-damaged neighborhoods in the Houston area. You will need to inspect roofs and properties for damages, assist homeowners with filing claims, attend adjuster appointments, maintain regular contact with homeowners and schedule closings.
Responsibilities:
- Knock on doors to generate leads
- Inspect roofs for storm-related damages
- Perform an inspection to qualify homeowners' roofs for repair or replacement
- Assist homeowners with filing claims
- Maintain regular contact with the homeowner
- Attend the adjuster appointment
- If it is denied, explore other options with the homeowner
- Collect check
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to knock on doors
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Must display a polite, professional demeanor towards customers and team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must display a strong sense of professionalism and accountability
Pay:
The pay for this role is performance-based, with no income limits. Typical first year sales reps will make $75-$100k. The more leads you generate and the more successful closings you schedule, the higher your commission check will be. We pride ourselves on cultivating a team culture and are dedicated to each person's success. We have weekly and monthly bonuses.
